In this experiment, the anaerobic co-digestion was conducted in a CSTR anaerobic reactor by a semi-continuous reactorwith fruit and vegetable wasteas bio mass and landfill leachate in7:3mixed under the temperature about35℃.The results showed that:(1)Landfill leachate can be domesticated in a homemade CSTR anaerobic eactor, and the domesticated liquid can carry out anaerobic digestion reaction smoothly in fruit and (?)egetable waste and landfill leachate. The system can carry out acidification and methanation process, organic of vegetable waste and landfill leachate can be got to effective degradation.(2) A semi-continous maerobic co-digestion with the fruit and vegetable waste The test was gradually increased on the organic loading rate. The results show that the VFA and ammonia produced could maintain the pH in a certain range, which could help methanogenic bacteria growth and reproduction with the organic load of0.5gVS/L、0.75gVS/L、1.0gVS/Landl.25gVS/L. Throughout the anaerobic digestion process, The nethane rate pro uni of bio mass shows an upward trend. The test for organic loading about1.25gVS/L n the81th day, the anaerobic digestion systems achieve the highest unit of the producing methane rate of0.7332L/gVS·d. Anaerobic digestion of fruit and vegetable waste materials, which organic load1.25gVS/L, methane gets the largest output and methane take percentage of64.56%of the total gas production, also anaerobic digestion can be better the effect of gas production.(3)With the incressing the organic load from the1.0gVS/L to1.25gVS/L, pH values after initial fluctuations has been stable at around7.2in semi-continuous feed mesophilic anaerobic digestion test which mixes fruit and vegetable vaste and leachate with7:3. And VFA has a certain fluctuation in the initial, after system into a relatively stable stage of producing methanation, VFA was maintained at about360mg/L. Measurements of the composition of the gas found that the total gas production、the methane production and the proportion of nethane amount to the total gas production were98.56L、61.78、62.27%under1.0gVS/L, and127.87L、81.05L、63.38%under1.25gVS/L。Meantime, owing to the effects of high ammonia nitrogen and high metals contained in the leachate on micro-organisms, and to the leachate worked as the naterial, the methane gas ratio decreased slightly compared with that under the anaerobic digestion, in which only the fruit and vegetable worked as the material.
