The papers took biomass waste from the garbage dumping centre of GUI lane market of the city of Chengdu, of the leachate as the inoculation was from Changan landfillin Chengdu. Studies sequencing batch anaerobic co-digestion with the biomass and leachate at the temperature about35℃with different organic loads.First, a batch anaerobic digestion with the leachate. The results showed that leachate always has not gas production at the first time. The main reason was that the leachate from "mature" landfill leachate, its ability of biochemical reaction was very low. In the stored procedure, the "mature" landfill leachate has been passde by the acidogenic and methanogenic stage. The second time, the pH has been maintained at between7.2~7.8, hydrolytic acidification and methanogenic phase was carried out smoothly, not inhibited. Maximum air product was445mL proday, maximum methane74%occurred in the13th day of the trial, cumulative gas production was2698mL, this showed that anaerobic digestion gas production well, digestive system more stable. Then a batch anaerobic digestion with biomass and the leachate with the organic load of0.25gVS/L.d,0.50gVS/L.d and0.75gVS/L.d. The results indicate that firstly, the organic load0.25gVS/L.d,0.50gVS/L.d, and0.75gVS/L.d were not enter the acidogenic and methanogenic stage. Its accumulated material gas was436mL,1019mL and1375mL Secondly, the digestive system running more stable with the0.25gVS/L.d.0.50gVS/L and d0.75gVS/L.d were instability and cannot run properly. Late in the trial, VFA concentration of0.25gVS/L.d trends evident, successfully entered the stage of Methanogenesis, VFA concentration of0.75and0.50gVS/L.d gVS/L.d failed to enter the methanogenic stage because of the acidificating, and the acidification process was not reversible. In the process of anaerobic digestion, the ammonia concentration was about1500mg/L. The trends of ammonia nitrogen concentration and alkalinity had a certain relevance. Because of the organic load about0.50gVS/L.d and0.75gVS/L.d are not correctly enter the methanogenic stage, The Nissan air and gas composition changes, where CH4high content of80.76%, average methane content of55.9%, accumulated methane production was3886mL, the accumulated material gas3039mL. We can see that the selection of organic loading changes will directly affect the pH of anaerobic digestive system, thus affecting the stability of anaerobic digestion as a whole, impede the digestion reaction proceeds smoothly. Because it was only under the conditions of appropriate organic load, be able to dimension anaerobic hydrolysis-acidification and methane-producing phases of dynamic balance.
