Nowadays, the development of micro fiber optical spectrometer technology hasbecome one of the most interesting fields in science. It has the merits of rapid,cost-effective, high-resolution, high-throughput, high-sensitive, and miniaturizabletechniques, so which has a wide application prospect. This dissertation uses the microfiber optical spectroscopy technology as the theme, this technology can be used toapplied in three active materials. The article divided into four chapters, the maincontents are summarized as follows:Chapter one, the authors reviewed the micro fiber optical spectrometertechnology properties as well as applications in bioanalytical chemistry. Withpredicting the development of micro fiber optical spectrometer technology in the nearfuture, we put forward the research design of this dissertation.Chapter two, we established a new and fast method to determine Nicotinic acid,Nicotinamide, Vitamin C, Vitamin B6by micro fiber-optical spectroscopy technologyand detection Vitamin C in drinks sample. Influence factors, including stable reagent, the pH value, temperature and standing time, were investigated. The results showedthat Vitamin C has favorable linear relationship with the value of light signals.Thedetection limit was0.03μg/mL, and the recovery ratio was between99%and104%.Chapter three, Dimethyl phosphate(DMP) and Diethyl phosphate(DEP) areconsidered as typical biomarkers of organphosphorus pesticides. A new and fastmethod for the determination of dialkylphosphates has been developed by microfiber-optical spectroscopy based on the color reaction with dialkylphosphates anddiphenyl diazomethane. Reaction media, temperature and time of the derivatizationwere investigated. The results showed that the light signals are linearly with theconcentration of DAP in the range from1.0to40μg/mL. The detection limits(S/N=3)of dimethylphosphate and diethylphosphate were0.25μg/mL and0.23μg/mL. Theproposed method has been successfully applied in urine samples, and the recoverieswere found to be93.03106.1%and95.33102.4%, respectively.Chapter four, a fast method based on Fiber-optical spectroscopy combined with partial least square regression are described for simultaneous determination of2,4-dichlorophenol,4-fluorophenol,2,4-difluorophenol compounds. In this paper, ionic liquid (IL) assisted dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction has been applied topreconcentrate trace levels of three phenols in the samples. The parameters wereinvestigated and optimum conditions were selected. The results showed that themethod has satisfactory results by examined with the synthetic mixtures and realsamples. The detection limits(S/N=3) of three substances were1.56×10-7,1.40×10-7,2.45×10-7mol/L. The recoveries in the spiked samples were91%-107.2%,96.6%-108%,90.5%-93.3%, respectively. This proposed method with the character ofeasyness, sensitiveness and fastness, was successfully applied to the analysis of watersamples.
