Raman spectroscopy technology is a modern analysis method based on Raman scattering.It has been widely used in the field of life science,food and pharmaceutical industry because of many advantages including high sensitivity,easy operation and no particular pre-treatment on samples tested.The article contains the review on its development and application,the exploration and research on the application of Raman spectroscopy in the rapid detection of food and drugs,the method established for rapid detection of liquid preparations,and the Raman nondestructive screening model base for liquid preparations.What's more,we explored the application of Raman spectrum in detection of chemical compositions added illegally in health food,as well as the feasibility of it for medicine and health food manufacturers to check and accept the raw materials fast and nondestructively.Research results are as follows:1,Comparing the Raman spectra,the spectra of components from water and other additives been removed,with the standard reference spectra to identify the sample authenticity,we realized the rapid identification of liquid preparations,and established a nondestructive,fast screening method for liquid varieties.The method is simple and rapid,and the results are accurate and reliable.On the basis above,we found a Raman screening model library containing 146 varieties of injections.The model library plays a major role in fast screening for types of liquid preparations,especially in cracking down on fake products.At the same time,the method can also be used for the daily testing of the liquid health products packed in the glass and plastic bottles without damage and targeted samples-drawn.As a result,the daily supervision cost could be reduced.2,After the feasibility of using the Raman spectroscopy technology to detect chemical substances added illegally in health food,we found that it can be completed within 20 minutes.With high efficiency and simple operation,it is very suiTab.for the rapid screening in the testing scene.The way is applicable for many heaith products like the sthenic,antidiabetic,antihypertensive,nerve-calming,antiallergic and antibacterial.Besides,it can be tried in a few powder and solid preparations,such as Tab.ts,granules,capsules,liniments and even pastes,.3,Building the model through using a handheld Raman instrument to sample the raw materials in a industry,we made sure that it is suiTab.,with good specificity and durability.Short detection time,not need to prepare samples,and not need to open the package of samples that are packed with transparent materials make it possible to save manpower and production cost,to improve production efficiency,and to avoid the risk of contaminating the samples.At the same time,it completely accords with the requirements of raw materials listed in GMP(2010 Edition).
