The Metal-organic Complexes Constructed By 1,2,4,5- Benzenetetracarboxylic Acid

Carboxylic acid Ligands have been widely studied because of their strong coordin-ationability and varieties of coordination modes. As is known, the ligand conformati-on,coordination geometries of the metal ion, the coordination environment of metal io-n andadding auxiliary ligand have signifinant influence on the final structures of the coordinationcomplexes.So, in this paper, we have constructed nine metal-organic complexes with H4BTA andmetal ions. The detailed contents of the thesis are as follows:1. Three metal-organic complexes[Ni（H₂O）₄（bipy）]（BTA）_0.5·H₂O（1）、[Co（H₂O）₄（bipy）]（BTA）_0.5·H₂O（2）、[Ni（H₂O）₆]₂(BTA_0.5)4（3） were obtained under roomtemperature with H4BTA as a templating agent.2. Four transition metal-organic complexes, [Zn（H₂O）（bipy）_0.5（BTA）_0.5]·H₂O（4）、[Co₂（H₂O）₆（phen）₂（BTA）]·H₂O]_n（5）、[Co（Im）₂（H₄BTA）_0.5]_n（6）、[Cd（H₂O）₄（bipy）_0.5（BTA）]_n（7）with H4BTA and auxiliary ligands under hydrothermal conditions have been synthesized.3. Two metal-organic complexes, [Gd₂（H₄BTA）_1.5（H₂O）₈]·（H₂O）4（8）、[Tm₂（H₄BTA）_1.5（H₂O）₅]·（H₂O）₃（9） based on H₄BTA and Lanthanide metal underhydrothermal conditions have been synthesized.All complexes have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. 1、2 and 3belong to supramolecular complexes. in addition, complexe 1 and 2 are isostructural, PXRDconfirmed that the BTA4-ions act as the templated molecules for supporting the threedimensional structure; complexe 4 is two-dimensional grid-like layer; complexe 5 istwo-dimensional structure; complexe 6 is two-dimensional interpenetrated structure;complexe 7 is one-dimensional chains. Furthermore, the 3D supramolecular structure of thecomplexe 1-7 are constructed by intermolecular H-bonding orπ-πinteractions. Complexe 8and 9 are 3D porous metal-organic frameworks. The thermogravimetric analysis、elemental analysis, Infrared spectra of these complexe was discussed and the thermogravimetric analysisexhibited high stability analyzed．...
