Since the Industrial Revolution,it is a great disturbance on the climate of the population’s growth,heavy use of fossil fuels and other human factors. Scientific observation data shows that global climate is indeed warming.Greenhouse gases is one of the main factors that cause global warming,including the contribution of carbon dioxide.It is meaningful study of ecosystem carbon storage capacity,the thesis developed ecosystem carbon storage and changes through the biomass increase-loss method,the method of biomass and calculation method of soil’s carbon storage in Youyang County. The following conclusions:(1) The area of forest land,cropland and grassland ecosystems is67.4%,23.3%and9.3%,the corresponding ecosystem carbon storage ratio is84.6%,8.1%and7.3%. The carbon storage’s capacity of woodland is significantly higher than grassland and farmland.Ecosystem carbon storage of Youyang is showing the overall downward trend in the past five years.Learned from the correlation analysis, cultivated land increased and Woodland and grassland area reduced that made the total ecosystem storage of carbon content reduce. Woodland and grassland area is reduced, carbon storage is also reduced.(2) Types of land use caused the carbon budget,affected areas the level of carbon balance.the transition of land use released177,197tons of carbon,,the size of the carbon emissions caused by land transformation ordenforest land to construction land,arable land to construction land,grassland converted to cropland and grassland to construction land.(3)The major ecosystem of Youyang County,vegetation and soil of the woodland have good level of carbon sequestration,carbon storage of arable land and grassland vegetation are less than concentrated in the soil.In the comparison of the unit area, carbon storage of unit area of woodland is the most,rable land is following,carbon storage of unit area of grassland is at least.Compared with carbon storage of the Chongqing, ecosystem carbon storage of Youyang County is above Chongqing’s average level.(4)Carbon sequestration and emission reduction countermeasures of Youyang:Don’t expand the cultivated area blindly and stabilize the area of existing woodland and grassland, we must manege scientifically woodland, arable land and grassland,Ensure that the carbon sequestration ability of forests,farmland and grassland ecosystems.At the same time, the use of new technologies are achieved energy conservation during industrial production.
