With the development of industry, the ozone layer that can protect the earth from damagingby Ultraviolet became more and more thinner and even ozone hole appeared, so the excessiveultraviolet light can reach the surface of the earth and cause problem for people’s health, alsocreate more or less degradation of outdoor polymer materials and the conspicuous discolorationof the dyes applied in textiles. Lots of UV stabilizers were synthesized to protect human from theUV and benzotriazole, triazine and benzophenone that are used widely in textile industry aregetting more attentions by researchers for the excellent ability to absorbing UV light and thenontoxic properties among UV absorbers. In all, the progress in the UV absorbers is how toimprove the absorbing ability and enlarge the applied area. We also focus on how to improve theabsorption of UV absorber in this paper.Through diazo and coupling procedure using chloro-o-nitroaniline as diazo component andpyridone and pyrazolone two heterocyclic as coupling component, three azo dyes compound A1,A2and A3were synthesized. Then reduced them through thiourea dioxide in alkaline aqueoussolution and got three kind new type UV absorbers UV-Z1, UV-Z2and UV-Z3. Make sure theirstructure correct by IR,1H-NMR and Mass spectroscopy. The different structures in targetproducts were analyzed to affect the UV absorbance in a certain solution by UV-vis absorptionspectroscopy that also can testify the UV absorbance ability. The synthetic UV absorbers mixedsome dispersant NNO were sanding until the particle size of UV absorbers can dyeing onpolyester textile. Use the transmittance and UPF of the textile to measure the protect ability andthe uptake and whiteness to determine the dyeing ability of UV absorbers after dyeing the textile.Although the UV absorbers can deduce the whiteness and have a shortage of uptake, the UVabsorbers have a good UV protect ability in the polyester textiles.A new type triazine UV absorption was synthesised by using the reaction of cyanuricchoride and aqueous solution of ethylamine, then through Friedel-Crafts reaction withrescorcinol. UV-T have a strong absorbance in280~340nm testified by UV-vis absorption spectroscopy after making sure its structure by IR and1H-NMR. The synthetic UV absorbermixed some dispersant NNO were sanding as mention in front of the passage, then dyeing onpolymer textile. The UV absorber that synthesized can improve UPF of polyester textile and haslittle influence on whiteness.
