Along with the numerical control machine tool to the high speed,high precision direction, vibration, accuracy stable and machinemovement’s stability problems caused by high-speed drive on themachine table are got more and more attention by people. Consider themovement function, the layout of drive’s structure on traditionalnumerical control machine tool table is used a structure that’s easy torealize. Due to the low speed and precision, the impact to processingquality from the vibration caused by machine movement of is not big.High speed of the machine table’s movement speed is greater than the60m/min, and the acceleration more than1.5g. Therefore, eccentric drivingforce lets required driving moment increased, and causes largeinstallation structure. More importantly, because unbalanced drive forceand existing guide rail gap, cause the vibration on the movement process,thus produce noise, no smooth sports, and affect parts processing quality,and cause the work environment to the deterioration. This paper puts thestructure as drive on the center of gravity for solving problems that thecenter of gravity of components has the trend of twisting movementbecause of the role of the driving force failed to accurately it in highspeed machine tool. And prevent machine vibration, and machine toolcomponents happening to bending deformation.In this paper, based on3d modeling software Solidworks anddynamics analysis software Adams, the mechanical model oftransmission of the ball screw structure used DCG was established. Andthe basic theory of numerical control machine was further studied. In thattheoretical basis, the parametric model of the DCG structure processingplatform was established, and was made a series of experiments andoptimization. The DCG structure of DVG850high-speed verticalmachining center overall dynamics simulation platform was finished.Main works as follows:(1)Literatures to existing forms of high-speed drive structure are referred, and the differences between various structural are analysis.Finally the DCG form is determined to use, and the relevant physicalmodel is established.(2) Using relevant mechanical knowledge, the mathematical modelof Y axis feed mechanism is established.(3) The vibration analysis to the model are made, and the naturalfrequency and amplitude frequency response figure are outputted.Dynamic model is parametric. To natural frequency and the amplitudefrequency response as optimized object, analysis influence of parametersto the natural frequency of the system, and the optimal structureparameters was got. Ultimately dynamic response analysis for dynamicmodel is made, and the difference of DCG drive structure and single ballscrew structure are compared.(4) Using3d modeling software solidworks, one slide carriagestructure is designed. In that, drive force easy to the center of workcomponents(5) Using the dynamics analysis software Adams, the wholedynamic simulation model of feed drive mechanism on DVG850high-speed vertical machining center are realized.This paper’s innovation points as follows:A kind of new layout of ball screw feed transmission system onhigh-speed nc machine tools based on DCG was put forward. Themechanical model of the agency was established by Dynamic analysissoftware ADAMS, and was parametric analysed and researched. Asimulation model of feed system on DCG850high-speed verticalmachining center table designed.
