This paper analyzed the present situation of bamboo resources and the prospect of bamboo curtain plywood,summarized the domestic and foreign research situation and existing problems of the bamboo mat,bamboo curtain knitting machine,put forward a kind of processing machinery for the core layer material of bamboo curtain plywood,the bamboo radial slitting and sewing integrated machine. Changed the bamboo curtain processing way from manual work to mechanization.changed the work environment,Im-proved the economic benefit.Put forward the design requirement and overall design plan further for this machine, designed main components or parts,analyzed movement coordination of the sewing process during every mechanism,obtained the work cycle diagram of the bamboo curtain sewing machine,got a motion analysis during sewing mechanism,thread hooking mechan-ism and conveying mechanism.Introduced the virtual prototype technology into the studying of the bamboo radial slitting and sewing integrated machine.Using the research and development technology route of virtual prototype between UG and ADAMS to established the3d model of the integrated machine and establish3d parametric modeling of the key parts.Through the established boilerplate,used Excel table to create the new model of different size.That is good to improve the design efficiency.Through repeated interference checking and optimization and local modified of the whole machine,then made virtual assembly of the integrated machine.Finally get integrated machine prototype model.After that imported3d model from UG into ADAMS to make the dynamics analysis.Through editing properties,adding constraints,adding motions,appl-ying contact force and friction force,etc,Established the dynamics simulation model of the sewing machanism.Used Lagrange function balance method to calculate kinetic energy and potential energy of each component of the sewing machanism, write the Lagrange function, establish the dynamics equation.According to main factors caused by vibration of the integrated machine: the constraint force of every motion pair,deduced the calculation formula of shaking force and shaking torque of the sewing machanism.In the dynamics simulation of the sewing machanism, the paper analyzed every motion pair’s constraint reaction,shaking force and shaking torque,driving moment and driving power,the kinetic energy of the sewing machanism,etc.The paper also analyzed the effect by different design parameters k.Compared the theoretical values with the simulation values,the paper analyzed the error value between them,and verified the feasibility and reliability of the model.In this paper, the virtual prototype technology is introduced into the design of the bamboo radial slitting and sewing integrated machine,that shortened product development cycle,reduced the costs of product development.Through the analysis of dynamics model, then verified the correctness of the model.The results provided the reference for the next work.
