If using the above two standard,sewage treatment facilities drainage often cannot satisfy processing effects, and sewagetreatment facilities can not run normally.The urban sewage treatment plant emissions standards （GB18918-2002）, and "theintegrated wastewater discharge standard"（GB8978-1996） compared to rural sewagedischarge standards will take pollutants treatment technology and standards for waterenvironment quality and water environmental capacity combination of methods, to make upfor the pollutants treatment technology and standards for water environment quality and waterenvironmental capacity in the standards each other on the problems isolated. And in rural areaeconomy and technology level are weak, the characteristics of pollutant control index selectionwill be greatly reduced.Through the pollutants and the standard of water environment quality,the limits of COD、SS、 NH₄⁺-N、TP、Paracolon:120mg/L、60mg/L，55mg/L、25mg/L，22mg/L、13mg/L，5mg/L、3mg/L，10⁴/L。Through the analysis of standard, making reasonable economy and feasible technology rural sewage discharge standard, will greatly reduce the emissions of rural domestic sewage,and improve the rural water environment condition, prevent environmental pollution andmaintain ecological balance. At the same time, the standards will promote the sewageprocessing technology development, for the smooth implementation of standard providetechnical support.
