The thesis study on the fundamental principle, working conditionrequirements and design methods of antecessor mechanism in pusher device ofcigarette packing machine.To realize the transmission of pusher device rapidlyand lightly,the thesis analysis two different typical pusher device of packingmachine. We reversed out3D model based on getting across those mechanisms.And we designed new pusher mechanism.As the main line of tobacco machinery in pusher device, research on thedevelopment of the technology at home and abroad, This paper analyzes thedevice and motion of pusher device in German company fox which represent theinternational advanced level and is the crucible of the technical features; Themain work is divided into two parts: the first, analyzes the patent two differenttobacco pusher device; The second, from innovation institutional of the design,sums up the basic theory and method in mechanism design and kinematicsdesign.On the above theory of pusher device in cigarette packing machine, to theenterprise substitution patent technology—the requirements of institutions,designed new pusher device—cam five-bar mechanism. By the3D modelingsoftware, completed the structure design and movement simulation.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly, study on technical institutions of the pusher device in cigarettesmoke technology which with the cam to swinging rod as the main parts ofmachine (this paper referred to as pusher device A), analysis the institutions andagencies of smoking pusher device performance,Established the diagram ofpusher device, then reverse the3D model of the pusher device, study on thekinematics and simulate of it by the software: analysis the the displacement、velocity and acceleration changes in different transmission speeds and study theactual institutions of pusher device in simulation movements. Secondly,study on technical institutions of the pusher device in cigarettesmoke technology which with the planet as the major parts of machine (thispaper referred to as the push divice B).analysis the institutions: Through thedesign and calculation of the two planetary gear transmission ratio to realize thespecial plane guidance movement, the return journey is controlled by anadditional rotation planet.To deeper digestive in pusher device B.Establishedthe three dimensional model of push device B, furthermore,study on thekinematic of the pusher deviceB,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantagesin performance test of pusher device A and pusher device B;Thirdly, study on using a new pusher device to replace the feasible pusherdevice. Request new pusher devices not only can replace pusher device A, alsocan avoid patent product-pusher device B. New pusher device is the combinationof five link and cam institution, the agency can not only realize the requirementof track in requirement, at the same time, still can make sure not collect scraps ofdamage when pusher device close to scraps, as the impact is smaller. This articledesign the determination of the new pusher device as the new smoke system,furthermore, study on the movement of the simulation by the3D software,thenmake the verification of the institutions in correctness and reasonable.
