Coal-cutter Gear of walking mechanism and grids of scraper conveyor mesh for the pin on the rail.To achieve the Coal-cutter moving along the working face.Gear is the important components of walking mechanism.Due to the complicated conditions,the Gear easily appears the fracture and wear of tooth and must be replaced downtime,which affected seriously the productive efficiency.Aimed at that problems,this paper analyzes the reason lead to gear failure,with 147mm pitch of Gear's meshing tooth rail and pin rail model as the research object,to build domestic and import gear different finite element model of tooth profile.It is concluded that different tooth profile are impact on gear life through the simulation analysis.The main work is as follows:(1)Analyzed the problems existing in the walking mechanism operation process,it is concluded that the main reason leading to the gear failure is in the process of Coal cutter operation center distance and the change of pitch;(2)Analyzed the 9 kinds actual working condition,which are difference transition distance of Pin row and pitch of Gear and find which is easiest failure condition;(3)On the basis of domestic and imported gear shape parameters to establish the geometric model of meshing,building the model in Abaqus and complete finite element,the simulation analysis standard condition and the two limit condition;(4)Through the simulation analysis of two kinds of gear in the meshing characteristics,the result shows that import gear few contact stress,bending stress value and volatility,the meshing process smoothly and position well;The experiment change the domestic gear shape parameter into imported gear shape parameter shown abrasion resistance and fracture tooth ability have been enhanced.
