Open pit is generally a large open-air production system which depends on shovel excavation and motorized truck transport. Along with the automation and mechanization of mining equipments constantly improving, the proportion of transporting consuming in the total mine cost is highly increased. Reasonable optimized dispatching of transport equipments has become a difficult problem open pit should focus on solving. As the core of open-pit trucks optimized dispatching system, whether the design of trucks dispatching scheme is reasonable or not has a direct impact on production efficiency of open-pit mining equipments and economic efficiency of enterprises.Based on deeply analyzing the development and application of domestic and international open-pit trucks optimized dispatching system, the main research content of this thesis is summarized. It is of theoretical significance and practical value to carry out this research project. For the characteristics of open-pit production, requirements analysis of trucks dispatching is carried out, and working principles are also introduced. The basic components of trucks dispatching scheme are summarized, and a brief introduction to the processes of trucks dispatching algorithms is presented as well.On the basis of analyzing the composition of open-pit road network and method of data acquisition, the model of road network is built, the optimal path for trucks transport is calculated by using the Dijkstra algorithm. According to the optimized path for trucks transport, the main constraints, which include road constrained capacity,shovel production capacity, unloading sites capacity, ore grade constraints and so on, are analyzed, the models of trucks flow planning are built. Uing MATLAB,the rate of transportation between various routes is planned, and trucks distribution is carried out; Based on the actual production of trucks dispatching and the results of trucks flow planning, trucks real-time dispatching is carried out by using genetic algorithm. Meanwhile, for meeting the need of production site, the study on manual dispatching, fixed vehicle dispatching,"at work" dispatching,"off work" dispatching and other special dispatching is carried on. Finally, the design of a trucks optimal dispatching scheme, which aims for minimization of waiting time of electric shovels and trucks, as well as deviation between actual and expected yield, is accomplished. The actual production data is utilized to carry out computing simulation for the algorithm of trucks optimal dispatching, the production efficiency is improved, and there is of great significance in theatrical and practical application.
