In recent years, all walks of life demand for paper is increasing with the continuous growth of the national economy. And the domestic paper industry has entered a new period of development. In the process of structural design of the paper mill, paper machine-based design is the key step. The passage has the practical engineering background and builds the machinery-base-pile-soil finite element model using ANSYS software. A brief introduction to the paper machine basis for dynamic analysis of processes and procedures is included in the passage.At first, this paper introduces the structure of the paper machine and the characteristics and design methods of paper machine foundation simply. A simple summary about the research situation and research methods of the structure-pile-soil interaction is done in this paper. And the paper discusses the numerical methods in structural-pile-soil interaction. Then brief introduction to dynamic machine foundation design principles and the existing norms of design methods and design criteria are also disused in the paper.Then the paper discuses and solves some problems which appears in the process of establishing large-scale paper machine foundation model by combing with specific characteristics of the project. The article focuses on the dynamic checking for the large-scale rewinder, and modal analysis is done. And then harmonic forces is applied in a different location on the model, then harmonic response analysis is done. The amplitude and the line speed of the checking point calculation were calculated and compared with the limits.Finally, this paper examines the impact of some factors in the dynamic machine foundation design results, and the corresponding results obtained through a different model, then compared with the above results.
