Machine tool is the fundamental device for manufacture, with the development of economy and technology, higher demand has been required on processing ability and working efficiency in modern manufacturing enterprise. The processing performance depends on the machine tool's dynamic characteristic which has enormous influence on processing accuracy, cutting efficiency, stability and reliability already become very important evaluating index to machine tool performance.This paper take TX6916 floor type boring and milling machine produced by JIALONG Machine Co.,Ltd, as the research objects on dynamic characteristic as to processing fluctuating components, using Finite element and experimental methods.The following is the main context of this dissertation:1, Determined the equivalent combination of kinetic parameters, linking to Floor type boring and milling machine of the actual situation referring present model.2, Established finite element model of composite structure by liner-damp COMBIN14 unit and carried out the modal analysis of machine using Elasticity and FEM basic theory after formulated kinetic parameters.3, Carried out modal analysis on the machine and data processing by MATALAB. Identified the accuracy of FEM model, Comparing the results between FEM analysis and experimental one.4, Aquired frequency range of Boring and Milling Machine in forced vibrating condition, Appling harmonic response analysis to avoid the facial fluctuations in manufacturing processing in model accuracy condition.
