As one section of paper machine,dryer section is very important in whole paper making process.Different from traditional double tier dryer section arrangement,single tier arrangement can make paper transfer process more stable,the reason is the paper attach with dryer fabric in whole process.It reduces the paper breaking rate.Moreover it lifts speed upper limit of paper machine.But for its structure limit,it can cause another serious quality problem-curl.The vertical dryer section eases the curl problem.The vertical dryer section changes the structure of traditional dryer section,makes two sides of paper can be both heated.But after the modification of structure,tremendous changing occurs in main frame,especially in vertical direction.In this article,the rationality of the main frame of vertical dryer section is verified through do static analysis and dynamic research on main frame.Firstly,3d model of vertical dryer section main frame was created.Considering the special force of dryer section,the static analysis is done under two different working conditions.Through static analysis,the rigidity and strength of structure is verified.Then,modal analysis was carried out based on static analysis.Former 10 modal vibration modes and natural frequency of main frame was obtained.After that,the resonance theory is described.The vibration Bode diagram is made according the frequency of exciting roll and main frame modal.The types of rotor which can cause resonance are found,resonance frequency is also fixed.Next,harmonic response analysis is done according the result of Bode diagram and actual rotor installation position.The resonance curve of marked three regions was get.The final result shows that the mainframe of vertical arrangement is good at dynamic running.At last,dynamical detection is carried out on paper machine during the speed up phase.Vibrate speed-frequency curves are get.Comparing with the result of harmonic response analysis,the dynamic running performance of structure is verified again.In this article,the character of force loading in dryer section was considered.The static analysis is done based on two different working conditions.The rigidity and strength of structure is verified.Then,based on the modal analysis,several detect position was set on main frame.The final result of harmonic response research shows that main frame of vertical arrangement dryer section is good at dynamic running.This result is verified again during vibration measurement on site.In this article,the Analysis of statics and vibration characteristics of vertical dryer section frame was done,good design reference is given,and also the optimized direction is pointed out.
