Acaudina leucoprocta is the animal belonging to Holothuriodea, Molpadida,Caudinidae, Acaudina. Its resources is rich and have a wide distribution in Chinese coastalwaters. Collagen is the important nutrients of the body wall of Acaudina leucoprocta, and ithas a variety of biological activity. Collagen is a filiform macromolecule, exist in the formof the collagen fibers, which is an important structural protein in connective tissue. It iswidely found in human hair, skin, bone, cartilage, and it plays the role of supporting skin,maintenance, bonding, connecting tissues and organs, and protect the body. The collagecontent determines whether the skin shows the old state, therefore the collagen productsplays an important role in the female consumer market.In this paper, Acaudina leucoprocta from zhoushan islands is experiment material, andcomprehensively analysis the major nutrients from the body wall of Acaudina leucoprocta,after pretreatment of softening and impurity removing, enzymolysis and extract of collagenpeptide from Acaudina leucoprocta; establishment of Acaudina leucoprocta enzymaticmethods and the formation of the product formula and production process. The mainresearch result:1. Acaudina leucoprocta is the same as other high value sea cucumber, and a high-proteinlow-fat products, Its asp, glu, gly, ala, pro contents are more than1%, calcium, iron contentis very high respectively for7171.6u g/g,1979.6u g/g.2. confirm pretreatment of softening and impurity removing: select10%salt solution tosoak until soft,and use0.5%dilute hydrochloric acid to soak1d as the pre-treatment.3. Optimization and establishment of Acaudina leucoprocta enzymolysis method:flavourzyme enzymolysis optimum conditions were: temperature51.5°C, pH6.5,21.2%of the substrate concentration,in this condition, the degree of hydrolysis is15.57%. the lessthan5kDa molecular weight of solution after ultrafiltration contain hydroxyprolineapproximately10mg per100g solution by appropriate dilution.4. Acaudina leucoprocta beverage formula:30%~40%collagen peptide solution,0.1%~0.5%citric acid,30%~40%cucumber juice,17.5mg/100g vitamin C,0.05%~0.1%sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and0.1%xanthic acid, the rest is drinking water. Thebeverage is uniform, with cucumber unique taste and aroma, proper sweet and sour taste,soft and delicate.
