Different types of carbon black which in different particle sizes, different structures, different chemical properties on surface, influence each other in the process of dispersion and affect the physical properties of rubber. Although few people concern this mutual influence, the effects can not be ignored.In this paper, first we test and analyze the dispersed state and physical properties in a variety of different specifications of carbon black used alone and together, then we study the physical properties influence on the different carbon black in SBR1712from the carbon black dispersion angle. Third we comparative study the spread degree and the upgrade in physical properties which different types of carbon black in SABR1712while we update technics and use dispersing auxiliary at the same time.In this paper, we choose different carbon black, make a SEM observation in N220, N234, N330, N375, N660, silica955,then test and make comparative analysis on the dispersive state and rubber performance when using single SBR1712rubber, discover carbon black structure can obviously improve the degree of dispersion of, so do physical performance.Not only we use N234,N660simultaneously to discuss the influence on dispersive state and the physical properties of rubber in different diameters, different structures. But also we use N330, silica955use simultaneously to discuss the influence on dispersive state and the physical properties of rubber in different chemical properties, found carbon black in the above use simultaneously improve carbon black dispersive properties and the physical properties of rubber, it means carbon black in different diameters, different structures, different chemical properties use simultaneously will make synergistic effect.Then we use N330,N375simultaneously and realize in same size, different structure will affect the dispersive state and the physical properties of rubber,found carbon black in same size, different structures use simultaneously will reduce the carbon black dispersive state and the physical properties of rubber, it means carbon black in the same size but different structures will result in negative cooperative effect.In the dispersion of upgrade the carbon black, we use different kind and dosage of dispersing auxiliary while N234, N660use simultaneously. We discuss the dispersing auxiliary’s influence on dispersive state and the physical properties of rubber while use N330,955white carbon blackIn addition, we change mixing shearing force by changing the mill roller spacing, test dispersive state and the influence on the physical properties of rubber when we update technics while use N234, N660simultaneously...
