Development Model Of Low-carbon Ecological Industry Of High-carbon Industry In Shanxi Province

With the development of economy, the carbon emissions produced by traditional energy consumption based on fossil fuel are increasing, which has given rise to the climate change problem of forcing humans began to think about the model of economic development. At present, all countries in the world have realized the important role of a low carbon economy development for solving global climate change. China is the world’s biggest producer of carbon dioxide.Shanxi province is a big province of energy production and consumption in our country, the resources characteristics and the strategic demand of national economy development have formed for a long time the coal-based energy consumption structure and the resources-based industry structure in Shanxi province. The fact has caused the characteristics "high carbon emissions"of Shanxi province economy.The organic composition of industry companies capital was relatively low, and the product mainly with raw material lacked value-added and low-carbon products. Therefore, low carbon ecological industry development in Shanxi Province is the only way to realize the transition spanning development. This paper on the basis of2001-2010of statistical date on energy consumption and industrial value added in Shanxi Province, the amount of carbon produced by terminal energy consumption and intensity of carbon emissions calculated for the first time. finally, draw a conclusion that the amount of carbon produced by industrial energy consumption have increased significantly, but the energy consumption carbon emissions intensity has declined.Among them, industry carbon dioxide emission intensity in2010range in a diminishing sequence:power industry>coke industry> chemical industry> metallurgy industry> building materials industry> industry> Shanxi province> coal industry. According to the results of analysis and research material, the space layout of low carbon ecology industrial and the business models of development in Shanxi province were put forward, which provided a good base information of industrial structure adjusting for the government of Shanxi province.
