Research On Post-evaluation Of Oil Fields Surface Engineering Project

The post-evaluation of oil fields surface engineering project is an important indispensablerole in project management, but also it is the experience for complete project. Through systematicand objective analysis of the construction aim, implementation process, economic benefit, mana-gement, influence and persistent, etc, analyze all index that whether achieve the aim. Analysisevaluation results and gain experience and lessons aboat project construction, so that it can imp-rove project management and decision-making level,it can service to project investment makersand project managers, it also can help investors make more better decisions and improve theeconomic benefit.The purpose of this paper is the post-evaluation of oil fields surface engineering project bysetting up the reasonable index system and select feasible evaluation method. The paper referenceresearch results of the domestic and foreign relevant field research about post-evaluation, com-bined with the characteristics of oilfield development, in view of the ground project characteris-tics, adopt the quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, case study theoretical researchcombined research. First set the index system to three-level, first level index include the prepro-ject, project implementation, the project implementation effect, this is the direction of evaluation.Secondary indexes further include eight indicators the early work, construction preparation, con-struction implementation, production operations, process management, degree of target, the costsand benefits, impact and sustainability, this is the evaluation content of engineering project.According to overall, systematic and representative, visual and operability principles establishedthird indexes. Then use expert scoring method and factor analysis method to screening index, sothat make index system more reasonable. In the evaluation, use the entropy weight method todetermine the weight of each index at all levels, and use multi-level fuzzy method combined withsuccess degree evaluation method to comprehensive evaluation. Finally, the paper analyzes theexample in a certain oilfield surface engineering built completely.
