Horizontal well is a special reservoir exploitation techniques,It is to increase oil production, improve the effectiveness of a developing technology in oilfield development.The horizontal well is a development of technology to increase oil well production per well by expanding the area of the reservoir drain.By the end of2011,Jilin Oilfield completed a total of314shallow horizontal wells,Oil recovery wells273,jection water wells4,gas well37.There are60horizontal wells in the water content in more than90%, There are26horizontal wells of high-Yielding.Horizontal wells are multi-stage mining,We donot understand of water exit interval,The need for horizontal wells to finding water and water blockoff technology to research and application,To improve the development cycle of the horizontal well period of stabilized production, To improve the ultimate recovery of the horizontal wells.This paper summarized the horizontal well at home and abroad machinery in recent years to finding water and water blockoff,and proposed the problems.Combined with actual situation of horizontal wells of Jilin Oilfield,The need for horizontal wells to finding water and blockoff design, design difficulties and solutions.Through researching and testing,form two horizontal well segmentation intelligent finding water testing technology,one horizontal well to finding water testing technology,the technique uses oil tubing with finding water testing tool into the well under the horizontal section,use Packer to separate perforations,and use intelligent finding water tester round of pumping tests.The other is a horizontal well to finding and blocking integration technology,the technique utilizes the tubing with horizontal wells to finding blocking in-one tool to the downhole horizontal section,to use Packer separate of the horizontal section perforations effectively,Piezoelectric switch according to a predetermined timing control switch action,separate production of the target layer. According to testing results to finding water on the ground to driving pressure and adjusting layer,carried out to find and block associated.For both the horizontal segment of the water layers,Study and form a series of horizontal wells mechanical water plugging technology,supporting research and development of the Y445packer,the Y441packer,the Y341packer,the Y445bridge plug,Mandatory centralizer,safety joint of the horizontal well.set pressure sleeve of the horizontal well.horizontal wells for salvage, applies a series of horizontal wells water shutoff tool,it can able to meet the needs of different water layers of horizontal wells closure.
