| Open-pit transportation is one of the basic production processes in the entire mining, and is a link to maintain the mining operation. According to the survey, due to the complex mine terrain, low road level, mining restrictions and poor equipment conditions, made transport system often has a high accident rate and serious accident consequences, which makes a threat to production work. Therefore, carrying out risk management study of transport system has an extremely important practical significance to the improvement of safety management level of open-pit transportation.Taking open-pit mines transport system as study object, in order to improve safety management level and reduce systemic risk. On the basis of site investigation, through theoretical analysising, model studying, program developping and other means, making risk management theory and key technology research, made the following findings:(1) Systematicly analysised the current situation of transport system, and obtained four categories of risk factors that affect its safety status, that is human factors, machine factors, environmental factors and management factors; Summarized the typical accidents manifestation of transport system and its daily prevention focus; Proposed risk identification and analysis model based on W-R-SHEL. Studies showed that:W-R-SHEL model used WBS to delineat analysising range, taking system insecurity as an analytical entry point, then achieved the full recognition of risk factors.(2) Referencing to the risk identification and analysis, constructed a hierarchy of comprehensive risk early warning system, used membership to characterize evaluation results of single factor, then used fuzzy inference principle to achieve comprehensive risk early warning function; Imported artificial neural network, build risk prediction model based on error reverse pass. Studies showed that:The model can describ the risk of system status and development trend, provided effective guidance for early warning, and then improved the day-to-day management of the transportat system.(3) Integrated emergency management content, build emergency management mechanism based on basic information management, mine information management, work management and emergency response management. Studies showed that:The new emergency management content and management mechanisms can guide transportation system daily emergency.(4) Based on VC++platform, using MFC classes and related interfaces, conducted design and development of risk management system function modules, database, and etc. Carried out applied research of risk management system of a mine transportation system. Studies showed that:The system can effectively achieve dynamic management of the basis of information, emergency information; can conduct objective, intelligent risk early warning, output warning level and the corresponding warning color, and then give improvements advices of transport system, which provided a scientific basis for risk management of open-pit mine transport system. |
