China is the world’s largest producer and fishing countries aquaculture. Although for a long time aquatic products are mainly on marketing fresh in China’s market, which have already seriously restrict the development of the whole industry. But in recent years, with hot-sale aquatic processed products and the processing of aquatic products developing, the aquatic product industry has also developed very fast, and the demand for the aquatic product processing technology and equipment has also increased at a fast rate, so the scaling machine has also become the most important.According to the result of previous exploratory experiment, this project puts forward design program about the continuous scaling machine for freshwater fish, and completes detailed design, pilot manufacturing, debugging and improvement. After improvement, took common silver carp as objects, studied the key part--scaling rollers of continuous scaling machine for freshwater fish, studied some factors’ influence on scaling rate, such as spring specification, numbers of spiral-wound spring and fixed distance of springs. The results show, the scaling rate between different mean diameters of spring coil is significant different, the scaling rate between different diameters of line is not significant different; the scaling rate between different numbers of spiral-wound spring is significant different; the scaling rate between different fixed distances of springs is significant different. The results of orthogonal experiment show, the optimal combination of the key factors are determined, which is spring1.2x16mm, numbers of spiral-wound spring2.5laps, fixed distance of springs40mm.Used the continuous scaling machine for freshwater fish on optimal combination of the key factors of scaling roller, took common silver carp as objects, studied some factors’influence on scaling rate, such as rotating speed of transport roller, rotating speed of scaling roller and rotating speed of compression roller. The results show, the scaling rate between different rotating speed of transport roller is not significant different; the scaling rate between different rotating speed of scaling roller is significant different; the scaling rate between different rotating speed of compression roller is significant different. The results of orthogonal experiment show, the optimal combination of the key factors are determined, which is rotating speed of transport roller800r/min, rotating speed of scaling roller1390r/min and rotating speed of compression roller100r/min. Finally, the results of comparative trial on number of scaling roller show, the best number of scaling roller is4and the scaling rate is the best now.According to the theoretical analysis and study with the continuous scaling machine for freshwater fish, it shows that the continuous scaling machine for freshwater fish have many advantage, such as highly active, strong mechanical aptitude, almost processing, quality high reliability and high scaling rate. It has a huge market with big potential and wide prospect. The continuous scaling machine for freshwater fish can meet the challenge of scaling process for freshwater fish in the fish processing factory.
