Huaqing oilfield is located in the inland area,which is short of water resources.Therefore,in the process of exploitation,we usually use produced water reinjection to increase production and maintain formation pressure.With the development of oilfieldproduction,the produced water is more and more complex,which leads to theprominent scaling phenomenon.The status of scaling in oil field and its harm have always been an unavoidable problem in this area.And with the development into the later stage,this problem will be further aggravated.When the scale of produced water is serious,it will lead to pipeline congestion,even frequent production equipment failure,and serious will damage the reservoir,forcing production to stop.Among them,25 stations with obvious scaling in Huaqing oilfield are selected to study the scaling mechanism and preventive measures.In this paper,the research content of scaling first includes the analysis of scaling ions in water samples,so as to determine the water type of the water sample,and study the compatibility of water samples with high content of scaling ions.The scale formation mechanism of Huaqing oil field gathering and transportation system is studied based on the analysis of scale samples and water quality.Then,according to the predicted scaling mechanism,the scale inhibitor evaluation experiment was carried out,and the scale inhibitor was optimized by using simulated water and field water samples.The scale inhibitor HZG05 has the best effect.The field application shows that the average scaling period of the application site is extended from 20 days to 40 days.Then through the laboratory experiment of electromagnetic anti scaling technology,the scale inhibition rate of electromagnetic anti scaling device can be increased from 30.53% to 85.44%,and the dosage of scale inhibitor can be reduced to 10 ? 30%.According to the results of the field test,the operation parameters of the electromagnetic anti scaling device are optimized to achieve good field benefits.Finally,since the centralized induction anti scaling device has been used up to now,since the installation of the device in Yuan 17 Zeng,the scale inhibitor can hardly be added.The device has been running normally,the pressure of the device is stable,and the operation effect is good.In this paper,the structural mechanism and preventive measures of 25 stations in Huaqing oilfield are studied.Through the water quality situation as a reference,different blocks should adopt different countermeasures,in order to play a good scale inhibition effect,and in the case of greatly extending the scaling cycle,reduce the cost.It provides favorable suggestions for the influence of scaling in Huaqing oilfield,and achieves the expected effect by analyzing the essence and combining with the actual application in the field.
