Drug abuse and drug crime has been the bad factor for the social unity and stability,is not good for the social development. Countries in the world have taken stringent measures to crack down drug-related crime.Tracking drug trafficking organisations and their trading routes has very important significance in the fight against drug crime. Through the analysis of impurities in the sample, determine the synthetic routes and the relationship between different drug seizures. The transport route and the sources of supply, these can be used to prevent the production and sale of drugs. This paper includes two aspects:(1) A brief introduction about amphetamine-type drugs, including the history of illicit drugs and harmfulness, detection methods and pretreatment techniques.(2) Highlights amphetamines impurity profiling and some synthetic routes. Seized amphetamine samples of border area in Jilin Province were analysed. Profiling analysis of amphetamine samples provide information to help to drug synthetic routes and the relationship between drugs, discussed the experimental conditions and data processing methods. In this paper, we establish a new method-solid phase micro-extraction solvent desorption.Optimize the experimental conditions such as solid-phase extraction material, temperature, time, sample volume and elution solvent. Under the optimum conditions using GC-FID and GC/MS analysis of real samples. The recovery of selected five target impurities were more than80%, and the precision were less than10%(n=5).
