Research in this paper is CB as reinforcement, respectively to PF, ABS and PVC, the three thermoplastic resin, using the hot molding process to processing composite materials. Discussing the effect of surface treatment of CB and processing temperature on composite material’s interface bonding and mechanical properties.Surface treatment of CB. In this paper, using acetone solution soaking and concentrated sulfuric acid oxidation treatment, the two ways for the surface treatment of CB. Acetone soaking can remove CB’s surface sediments, pollution and other impurities. Concentrated sulfuric acid oxidation treatment can increase the specific surface area of the fiber, improve the surface activity, thereby improving the adhesion of fiber and matrix, forming a good interface layer, CB’s reinforcing effect gets better play.Study of CB reinforced PF composite material. In order to styrene-butadiene rubber as toughening agent, six methylene four amine as curing agent, PF as matrix, CB as reinforcement, through hot molding process for the preparation of CB/PF composite laminates. The results showed that:containing about12%of styrene-butadiene rubber’s PF has good process forming and impact properties. In the150℃-170℃molding temperature, with the temperature increasing, CB and PF interfacial binding force is increased. For the bending strength, in150℃-155℃, oxidation treated CB/PF slightly higher, in155℃-170℃, acetone treated CB/PF higher. For impact strength, in150℃-165℃, oxidation treated CB/PF high, in165℃-170℃, acetone treated CB/PF slightly higher.Study of CB reinforced ABS composite material. In the molding temperature of180℃, CB as reinforcement, ABS as matrix, using hot molding press to produce CB/ABS composite material laminates. The results showed that:solution soaking and concentrated sulfuric acid oxidation treatment can improving the interface bonding between CB and ABS, the effect of the bending strength is little, but can effectively improving the impact strength, which, oxidation treatment of CB has great effect on impact strength.Study of CB reinforced PVC composite material. First, preparation of PVC mixing films, acid calcium as lubricant, DOP as plasticizer, three base lead sulfate as stabilizer. Second, CB as reinforcement, PVC as matrix, using hot molding press to produce CB/PVC composite material laminates. The results showed that:CB/PVC maximum stress ratio is an increase of about20-30MPa than PVC. The impact of CB on the bending strength of PVC is not obvious, but to the impact strength is relatively large, can be improved about lOMPa.
