In the article, it researches the preparation and property of carbon fiber/PC composite. Its preparation manner is laser scanning machining which takes light transforming heat of carbon fiber. When laser strikes the site to weld,the laser be absorbed by carbon fiber because of its property of light transforming heat after transmission PC. For the heat of carbon fiber transforming, it will transmit bottom and top layer of PC. When temperature rises to melting point of PC, the PC melts from solid to liquid and infiltrate in carbon fiber cloth to form composites under airflow supplying press. So far laser processing technology is a representative of new technology for low investment, high flexibility, short production cycle and high efficiency. So taking advantage of these, it will own a good prospect development and effect the future develop of composite if combining composite with laser processing.The combined degree of carbon fiber and PC affect greatly the property of composite, for which we take pretreatment for carbon fiber. Because of some impurity on carbon fiber in productive process, it will affect the wettability. To avoid this phenomenon, we clean carbon fiber cloth using reagent, the same amount of acetone and alcohol, according to weight loss ratio, specific surface area and SEM picture. And on the basis of data, the oxidation of carbon fiber will enhance infiltrating effect, and improve mechanical property of composite accordingly. In the article, it takes two measures to modify the surface of carbon fiber which are gas phase oxidation and liquid phase oxidation. The result of XRD shows the two measures no changing the primary structure of carbon fiber. And according to FTIR and SEM, liquid phase oxidation increase greatly the polar functional groups on the surface of carbon and roughness than gas phases oxidation, which is beneficial to interface bonding between carbon fiber and PC resin matrix.According to the mechanical test, it shows that the composite strength is better when carbon fiber modified by liquid phases oxidation treatment than that modified by gas phases oxidation and untreated. When the carbon fiber modified 3h, the property of composite is best and tensile strength, bend strength of composite increase by 28.86%, 67.94% respectively. In the wet and heat resistance and thermal stability condition, it shows optimistic oxidation treatment is liquid phase oxidation. The SEM photos show that carbon fiber surface by liquid phases oxidation are surrounded resin, and it is beneficial to interface bonding between carbon fiber and PC resin. Above on, the carbon fiber modified by liquid phase oxidation treatment has the best effect.To improve mechanical property of composite, carbon fiber surface is coated by CBT liquid which is the same as water liquid and could reduce viscosity at a definite temperature. According to mechanical test, it shows tensile strength, bend strength of composite increase by 10.39%, 4.08% respectively, comparing to liquid phase oxidation through 3h.
