Carbon fiber,as a special fiber mainly composed of carbon elements,has the characteristics of high strength and high temperature resistance.At the same time,it is soft,fibrous and woven;therefore,it is often added as a reinforcing phase to the matrix to form a composite material.The characteristics make the surface inert and difficult to combine with the matrix;the interface between the reinforcing phase and the resin is an important factor affecting the performance of the composite.In this study,PAN-based carbon fiber was used as the experimental object.The laser was used to irradiate it in air and-distilled water separately.At the same time,four coating flow channels were designed for the defects of the current carbon fiber modification process and the composite material molding process separation.Structure and fluid simulation;specific work is as follows:(1)Using a semiconductor laser to irradiate the carbon fiber surface in the air,through the characterization of the carbon fiber surface,to understand the changes in the fiber surface morphology,chemical elements and body strength,and finally the carbon fiber and polypropylene(PP)before and after the treatment The resin was hot pressed into a composite material,and the mechanical properties of the composite tensile spline were analyzed.The final result showed that the carbon.fiber content in the composite material was 2%,the laser irradiation power was 15w,and the time was 10s.(2)The continuous processing platform of carbon fiber under liquid phase conditions was built and tested.The pre-tension ring and other devices were used to solve the problem of unstable fiber operation.Adding different solutions in the storage tank can achieve different conditions.Surface treatment.In this study,the liquid phase environment was tested with distilled water,and the fiber was characterized.The results show that:under liquid phase conditions,under higher laser power,the fiber can still maintain a higher body strength,and polypropylene(PP)After the combination,the mechanical properties of the composite material have also been significantly enhanced.(3)Four resin-coated flow channels of cylindrical,dovetail,spiral,and symmetrical types are designed.Polyflow software is used to simulate the resin flow of the four flow channels.The simulated resin is Polypropylene(PP).The velocity field,pressure field and shear rate of the fluids in the four flow channels are compared and analyzed.The results show that the resin in the symmetrical flow channel can be extruded smoothly,there is no "accumulation" phenomenon in the flow channel,and the pressure distribution is uniform.
