However, the polyurethane prevalence has the problems of poor heat resistance, poor weather resistance, low solid content, and low viscosity at the beginning.Fluorine atoms in organic fluorine polymer improve its weather resistance, oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance, making the polymer has a lower surface free energy, a smaller surface friction coefficient, giving excellent water resistance of the organic fluorine polymer resistance, oil resistance and abrasion resistance.The organic silicon compound is a half organic, half inorganic types of compounds, so it has a low glass transition temperature, excellent water resistance, weather resistance, high/low temperature resistance, oil resistance, gloss retention, resistance to ultraviolet light, good mechanical properties and other properties.The chemical synthesis of organic fluorine, organic silicon compounds with polyurethane can effectively combined the advantages of the three compounds, making the modified polyurethane to overcome the low heat resistance and weather resistance and poor shortcomingsIn this work, diol and triol containing perfluorinated hexyl were synthesized from3-perfluorinated hexyl-1,2-epoxy propane (PFOP); the monomers were characterized by FT-IR,1HNMR19FNMR. The organic fluorine-silicon modified polyurethane was synthesized by fluorine monomers, hydroxyl silicone oil, polyethylene glycol ester of adipic acid, and2,4-toluene diisocyanate by solution polymerization method. The film properties of the polymer were studied by FT-IR, TGA, DSC, EDS and SEM, etc. The results showed that:The addition of perfluorohexane can increase the water and heat resistance; the contact angle with the water was significantly increased for7.5degrees in average; The fluorine content distribution was studied and the distribution gradient changed and enriched at the surface.In this subject, the synthetic organic fluorine-silicon modified polyurethane has the excellent heat resistance and weather resistance and other properties of polyurethane, fluorine resin, silicone resin, it has good adhesion and film forming properties, are expected to be used as the adhesive and waterproof coating. |
