The film-forming performance on fabric surface and poor mechanical properties of the cationic polyurethane made the feeling and pilling resistance of the handled cashmere fabric was not ideal.In order to solve the above problems better,this article use the organic fluorine and silicone to modify cationic polyurethane to improve the properties such as water resistance and flexibility of the polyurethane film.And applied it to the cashmere fabric improve the feeling and pilling resistance of the fabric.Firstly,chosen PTMEG,IPDI and MDEA as the main raw material to prepare the cationic polyurethane,and AEAPS,ternary polymerization silicone oil and methyl acrylic twelve fluorine heptyl ester were used separately as organic fluorine and silicone modifying agent to prepare cationic polyurethane modified with organic fluorine and silicon.Respectively discussed the dosage of MDEA, the two kinds of organic silicone modifying agent and the dosage of the methyl acrylic twelve fluorine heptyl ester to insure its properties of resistance to water, acid and alkali,organic solvent resistance and moisture permeability of the organic fluorine and silicone modified polyurethane. And then compared with the unmodified polyurethane.Results showed that the water resistance and acid-proof alkaline, flexibility of the polyurethane modified with organic fluorine and silicone dramatically improved.With the increase of dosage of MDEA, the hardness and adhesion strength of the film increased, the water contact angle improved to 92.25 °, the performance of acid-proof alkaline declined.With the increase of dosage of silicone oil, the bibulous rate of the film dropped, the hardness and adhesion force, acid-proof alkaline of the film improved.With the increase of dosage of methyl acrylic twelve fluorine heptyl ester,membrane absorption increased but then reduced, water contact angle increased gradually and then reduced, but the increases would no longer changed on a certain degree,the adhesive force level was 0,acid-proof alkaline could be improved.Comprehensively analysised when the dosage of the MDEA accounted for6%, silicone oil accounted for 20.0%,acrylic twelve fluorine heptyl ester accounted for 7.0%, the comprehensive performance of the film was better. The membrane water resistance and hardness of the films modified by amino silicone oil were approved better than the films modified by ternary polyether block of silicone oil.Also because of the introduction of fluorinated monomers that improved the the water resistance and solvent resistance of polyurethane film and the moisture permeability was declined.Secondly,using respectively infrared spectroscopy(FTIR), X-ray diffraction(XRD), atomic force microscope(AFM), scanning electron microscope(SEM) and thermgravimetric analysis(TG), and other test means to insure the chemical structure,crystallinity, surface morphology and thermal stability,Researched and analysised the performance of the synthesis of cationic polyurethane films.Results showed that the organic silicon and fluorine groups successfully accessed to the structure of polyurethane, crystallization performance decreased, micro phase separation degree increased, and the thermal stability was improved, modified film than the ternary polyether block the film, the thermal stability of the polyurethane films modified by amino silicone oil was better and micro phase separation degree was obvious.Finally, the series of cationic polyurethane dissolved by acid preparation to by post on wool fabric,discussed the dosage of the finishing agent and the pilling resistance, feeling, permeability, moisture permeability, and the change of color fastness.Results showed that the treated fabrics pilling resistance were obviously improved, made the pilling resistance increased by 0.5 ~ 1 grade, soft, permeability and moisture permeability declined and rubbing fastness increased.The moisture permeability and feeling of the cationic polyurethane films modified by amino silicone oil were better than the cationic polyurethane films modified by ternary polyether block of silicone oil.With the increase of dosage of finishing agent, the rubbing fastness and pilling resistance of the fabric were improved.
