With the decreasing of outer resources and the fact that mining engineering approaches to the inner resources constantly, The crustal stress of rock mass is getting bigger and the stability is getting worse. But if we still continue to adhere to the original mining technical parameter for mining, it might have a chance that the roof and side fall will happen frequently, which will cause great threat to the safety and high-efficiency of deep mining. Therefore, in order to select deep mining methods and stope structure parameters, it becomes very important for us to evaluate the structure of deep rock mass.Based on the background of deep mining in area affiliated to Sanshandao gold, this paper focuses on the following works:(1) The affecting factors of the rock mass quality were analyzed; the geology survey of deep engineering and rock mechanics experiments in laboratory was conducted; by analysising of measured data, then identify all factor index;(2) The domestic and foreign engineering engineering rock quality evaluation methods were introduced. On the basis of comparison and analysis of these methods, applying the method of extension, the modified extenics method was adopted to evaluate the quality of rock mass. The calculation is based on game theory which harmonizes and conjugates the different kinds of calculations, and then the extension theory based on game theory for underground metal mines rock quality evaluation was proposed;(3) The extenic evaluation model based on game theory for underground metal mines rock quality was established and evaluation indexs of rock quality were selected, the rank of rock mass quality was identified by applying this method to rock mass quality in deep area; Compared with the evaluation results by the RMR method, the extension evaluation results are more accurately and provide the difference between the adjacent safety classes; (4) According to requirements of the different mining methods for the rank of rock quality, then the mining method of different location of deep area was identified; At the same time, based on the rock mechanic parameters, it integrates rock quality extension evaluation results with Hoke-Brown method and combines M.Georgi method with modified integrity coefficient method, and then rock mechanics parameters were identified;(5) Through selecting the simulation schemes and rock mechanics parameters of different areas and using FLAC3D software to numerical simulation research for stope structure parameters, and then the stope structure parameters was selected, which is more practical, and ensure the safe态high-efficient and economic exploitation.
