The mine ventilation system plays a very important role in the process of safetyproduction in mine. Evaluation on ventilation system is benefit to find out the badelement and take corresponding actions timely,make sure the ventilation system canmeet the requirements for safety production, and prevent the mine ventilation safetyaccident happens.Based on predecessor’s work,this paper evaluate on the ventilation system of Sihemine in Shanxi Jincheng Coal Group by the method of extension theory, establishes anevaluation indicator system which is applicable to the mine ventilation system of Sihemine in Shanxi Jincheng Coal Group, studies on the meaning and the quantitativemethod of each index, and we use the basic principle of analytical hierarchy process tocalculate the weighting of each index; studies on the fundamentals of extension theory,establishs the evaluation model for the ventilation system of Sihe mine in ShanxiJincheng Coal Group with the basic principle of extension theory. The ventilationsystem of Sihe mine is divided into four levels which contains excellent,good, generaland bad.On the basis of the calculation of the correlation degree between the technicalfeasibility, safe reliability, economic rationality and ench degree,we do comprehensiveevaluation on the mine ventilation system of Sihe mine in Shanxi Jincheng CoalGroup,the result and suggestion of the evaluation has been obtained at last. inaddition,we combined the method of extension theory with computer application,anddevelop a set of software which is used to extension evaluation.All the above canimprove the management level of the manager,and play a positive role in the Safety andefficient production of the coal mine.
