| As one of the most key components of all high speed rotatingmachines, spindle’s performance has crucial influence on the machiningaccuracy, reliability and etc. because of the material uneven, machining andassembling error in manufacturing and assembly processes, which wouldinevitably result in the inconformity between the rotating center and masscenter. Even if the rotating machine has been high-precision balanced, thethermal deformation, wear away, dirt, and uneven accumulation of materialswould produce new imbalance at runtime.Rotating unbalancing of the spindle is the main cause of vibration, noise,bearing calorific and etc. The higher the spindle rotates, the adverse effectscaused by the imbalance greater. In order to eliminate imbalance and ensurethe spindle rotating smoothly in real time, on-line balancing technology andcorresponding devices must be adopted.Aiming the imbalance in operational process, this paper manufacture theon-line balancing head for high spindle, design and develop vibration testsystem and wireless control system, and study the algorithm for controllingbalancing head. At last, balancing head is tested in lathe, which demonstratesits availability. The main work is as follows:(1) Based on the related studies and researching fruits, paper put forward akind of new-style liquid balancing head. Then, the Working Principle andcomponents are introduced. At last according to3D model, material object isprocessed and assembled.(2) In this study, Balancing head adopt algorithm of cavity by cavitycomparison, which replaced the phase diagnosis method used traditionally abroad.So long as, inspecting rotation speed and vibration amplitude of spindle, thus phasediagnosis device is saved and complexity of the system is brought down.(3) The on-line balancing experimental facility and program is alsoperformed. The control signal of balancing head adopt wireless transmission, which overcome inconvenient line-connected between balancing head and controller.Finished all of preparation work, and then the performance of balance head istested on a lathe. The result indicates that on-line balancing head can bettereliminating mass imbalance of spindle and ensure spindle steady running. |
