Brines (salt lake brine, oil-field and gas-field water) contain lots of high-value minerals such as potassium, boron, lithium, strontium, magnesium, calcium, iodine and etc., which were very important industrial raw materials in chemical engineering, agriculture, light industry, metallurgy, architecture and remedy. Due to the shortage of mineral resources limited to social development, the comprehensive utilization of mineral resources research, as well as develop new technologies to substitute mineral resources and explore new mineral resources in the world are get more and more attention, especially explore new resources in resource rich area are more outstanding. Bolivia is rich in brine resources, one of Salt Lake of Coipasa has rare large multi-element liquid mineral resources treasure, but its research at home and abroad are staying at the foundation stage, hence, comprehensive utilization research for the new mineral resources has important significance.Salt Lake of Coipasa which contains high boron and potassium in the brine far different from own brine systems. The brine has higher comprehensive grade and special ingredients, but lack of recognized on such high boron and potassium brine including sodium salt, potassium salt, sodium borate, lithium salt and double salt crystallization properties and crystallization rule, less documents and never similar research report, nor the system related to potassium, boron, magnesium, lithium and other contents separate from mature technology can be used.Not only25℃brine isothermal evaporation, summer natural evaporation and mixing brine was first study in this paper, taking into account local winter temperature changes, but also take the brine to-5℃-10℃and-15℃frozen for10hours, then25℃isothermal evaporation, respectively, systematic study the brine in different conditions of the experiment of the elements enrichment regularity and salt crystallization law, for the development of Bolivia Salt Lake of Coipasa to provide adequate theoretical datum. Through analysis of the experimental datum of different conditions, for each element separately pointed out the most appropriate extraction scheme and drawn up technology process, eventually combined with the actual local situation and consider the reference component extraction technology, made up comprehensive utilization researches reference program for the precious liquid mineral resources at last.
