With special currency function and high industrial use, the output of gold can be sustained and steady, that is not an alternative for a country’s financial stability, so to strengthen the gold mines of resources development and utilization has become one of the inevitable trend. Gold reserve worldwide is48000ton, the main existing form is vein gold, placer gold and associated gold, placer gold and vein gold is accounting for about75%, associated gold is25%. Distribution of gold is worldwide, mainly in Africa(accounting for45.5%of gold reserve worldwide), Secondly in Europe(30%), less in America, Asia, and Oceania. The proven gold deposit in China is2500, gold reserve is about6000ton, vein gold, placer gold and associated gold is accounting for64%、10%and26%separately. In polymetallic sulfide gold ore, apart from gold, lead, zinc, sulfur minerals have higher value of the metallurgical, chemical, space and other areas, these minerals are the most important position.The paper chooses polymetallic gold ore as the research object. The main metal minerals stone was pyrrhotite, pyrite, sphalerite, galena, native gold and electrum, in a high level of sulfur compounds, accounting for about70%of minerals; This polymetallic gold ore is a refractory ore containing high S, mainly because of its complicated mineralogical composition, superfine dissemination. A run-of-mine ore grade of Au is4.50g/t, grade of Pb、Zn、S is3.50%、4.10%、26.10%, which have to be recycled. The existence of Au is mainly gap gold, the existence of Pb is galenac accounting for92.29%, the existence of Zn is sphalerite accounting for86.83%, the existence of S is pyrrhotite accounting for69.43%, galena and sulphur accounting for8.47%.The paper bases on main mineral compositions, studies on inlay relation and the analysis of former mineral process, on the purpose of increasing gold recovery and recovering valuable metals(Zn、Pb、S)comprehensively. Combining the quality of ore, do grinding fineness, pulp pH, floatation concentration, flotation time, collector, Inhibitor dosage and usage in laboratory, adopting newly researeh method, optimizing mineral proeess flow: gold and lead bulk flotation, sepration gold-lead, zinc flotation in gold and lead co-preferential flotation tailings, sulphur flotation finally. Benchscale laboratory test adopts process and collector, which acquires grade of Au is75.42g/t and recovery of Au is88.75%in gold concentrates, grade of Pb is56.31%and recovery of Pb is93.14%in lead concentrates, grade of Zn is57.85%and recovery of Zn is87.72%in zinc concentrates, grade of S is48.50%and recovery of S is72.67%in sulphur concentrates. Test indexes fulfill the requirements of the entrusting party. This supplys detail theoretical datus for technical innovation in polymetallic gold ore.
