Fluorite is a very important Strategic non-metallic mineral resource in our country, and it is one of the dominant minerals for a long time. it plays a crucial role in China's economic development. The thesis topic is from production practices, flotation separation process and a new agent research is processed for a fluorite polymetallic symbiotic in Honghe, Yunnan province, this provides a basis for on-site production.The crude ore properties research show that the ore contains both fluorite mineral and lead, zinc and other minerals, galena is the main form of lead minerals, distribution rate is 90.47%; sphalerite and marmatite are the main form of zinc minerals, distribution rate is 80.86%. The gangue minerals are mainly calcite and other containing calcium minerals as well as quartz and other containing silicon minerals, the content of calcite is about 20%, the fluorite are fine disseminated size, and dense symbiotic with gangue minerals, therefore, the ore is refractory fluorite polymetallic symbiotic.Based on the crude ore properties research, After a series of conditions test, flow structure test process and the comparative test for the whole process, using the process of concentrated grinding and flotation separation and a new self-prepared agent MO. The crude ore grinding fineness of under 74μm accounted for 95%, first, using the process of suppressing zinc then floating lead conducts the flotation separation of lead and zinc, in the case of 3.84% lead,1.12%zinc and 30.23% fluorite in the crude ore, respectively using the process of two roughings and three cleanings obtains a good small laboratory closed-circuit test results:the grade of lead concentrate is 64.36%, the recovery of lead concentrate is 79.32%; the grade of zinc concentrate is 48.63%, the recovery of zinc concentrate is 79.89%. Using the process of two roughings and eight cleanings in fluorite flotation obtains fluorite concentrate containing 96.88% of CaF2 with fluorite recovery of 59.74% and Trace sulfur.The basic theory about floatation process showed that the test pH value of fluorite floatation was between 9 to 10 while calcite's was between 8 to 9. Controlling floatation pH value between 9.5 to 10 is necessary to separate fluorite and calcite; Sodium hexametaphosphate has a highly inhibitive effect on calcium minerals. Sodium hexametaphosphate will inhibit calcite firstly in the floatation system and weak inhibition of fluorite, which is the key to achieve the separation of fluorite and calcium; Water glass is a useful depressant for quartz and silicate minerals. the synergistic effect that water glass and sodium hexametaphosphate inhibit calcite also is an important role for successive floatation; The application of new collector MO solved aliphatics collector's insufficiency such as imperfect selectivity, easy affected by temperature and so on.The results of this thesis provide a good guide for production site technical innovation.
