Nowadays, oil pollution has become one of the major questions of environmentalpollution. This paper studied Daqing Wetlands. As an important oil production base ofour country, Daqing produces a large amount of oil every year. The oil contaminationdischarged during the oil field exploitation harms the environment a lot, most parts ofDaqing Wetland have been polluted in varying degrees.This paper introduced the natural and social condition of Daqing Wetlands. In lightof the analyses on the risk factor and risk receptor, this paper selected the influencedfactors related to the Daqing Wetlands oil pollution and then ascertained the rapidecological risk evaluating index as well as setting the rapid ecological risk evaluatingindex system, which including spill volume, oil quality, outside factor and ecologicallysensitive factor. Oil quality includes oil endurance, toxicity, viscidity; outside factorincludes wind speed, water temperature, wetland type, distance from the oil well;ecologically sensitive factor includes community biological amount, soil organic mattervolume, phytoplankton diversity index, planktonic animal diversity index and benthos.According to the study from scholars at home and abroad, this paper quantizedevery evaluating index criterion, adopting Analytic Hierarchy Process to ascertain theweight of every index, setting the administering risk degree of every index by means ofthe set table on membership degree. Then, this paper tested and verified the rig oilleaking accident in Daqing Dongfengpao via the Two Level Fuzzy Evaluation Modelwhich was setted up through Fuzzy Mathematics Theory. Besides, this accident hasbeen regarded as mild risk at the base of the Maxim Membership Degree Principle. Atthe end of this paper is a conclusion about this research as well as the weakness andpoints which need improving in this paper.
