Drilling pump is one of the core components in drilling rig, called the heart of oil rig.First, in the first survey drilling pump working condition and development trend on the basisof analysis of the impact of drilling pump, performance level and the use life of the relatedfactors. In order to meet the needs of drilling pump in reliability and safety which is more andmore high demand, put forward two kinds of type1600model five-cylinder mud pumppower-end design, through to two kind of scheme comparison analysis, identified the model1600model five-cylinder mud pump power-end scheme.Secondly, the power-end program main components such as crankshaft, connecting rodand crosshead, are established a mathematical model, and analyzed the stress of everycomponent, identified in the risk condition of strength; and the key component of crankshaftis checked for rigidity, to verify that the design is reasonable and correct, to provide a basisfinite element numerical simulation.Finally, the design of main parts of drilling pump is established the three-dimensionalentity model. And the use of the finite element analysis method, using ANSYS software onthe main part of the crankshaft of the force carried out a simulation analysis. On this basis,through the analysis of the simulation results and the study, pointed out the existed in theweak nodes, and puts forward the design scheme optimization, for a deeper study andsolution of large displacement and high pressure drilling pump, provides the design andreference data.
