ZP495rotary table as the research object,summarizing the the ZP495turntable at homeand abroad research situation and development prospects, in-depth understanding of theprinciples and conditions of the oil rig turntable. Through the Oil rig turntable system designand analysis, using AutoCAD and3D software Pro/E Set modeling of the turntable drivesystem in high gear the gear box, gear shaft, bevel gear,and using finite element analysissoftware ANSYS builtmodel for contact analysis, static analysis and modal analysis, tosimulate the movement of the turntable drive gear box gear meshing, gear shaft and turntablecone gear motion simulation process. discusing theory and methodology of still in theresearch stage design of the most deep well drilling rig of maximum configuration rotary table495The main tasks and research achievements:(1)First,Elaborating the basic structure and main technical parameters of the ZP495rotary table. Selecting program of the turntable drive and making a detailed comparison.According to the the ZP495turntable needs and the power required to select AC variablefrequency induction motor and Inverter,and selecting the to ZP495turntable drive systemother equipment, and ultimately determine the overall scheme of the turntable drive system.(2)According to the transmission principle of the turntable drive system and thestructural characteristics of the various components Ignoring the chamfer, keyway andThrough other reasonable simplification Creating The three-dimensional geometric model ofthe turntable drive system transmission gear in Pro/E. Using finite Element Analysis usingI-DEAS software, identification of the torsional rigidity of the high and low gear rotary drivesystem gearbox. By linear statics analysis methods, Calculating of the torsional rigidity of thetwo tranches of the gear transmission gearbox. On this basis, establishing dynamic model ofthe turntable drive system parameters, doing a torsional vibration modal analysis of High andlow speed gear transmission, researching the high and low speed gear drive vibrationcharacteristics.(3)through theANSYS software toSimulation modeling of the rotary bevel gear, usingStatic and dynamic analysis to calculate to bevel gear tooth root stress.
