Virtual CNC gear measuring center is the mapping and simulation of the mechanical structure, workpiece characteristics and measurement process of the real CNC gear measuring center in a virtual environment. The focus of this study is on the motion control module and system integration of the virtual CNC gear measuring center system, in which motion control module is used to complete the virtual axis motor operation, and systems integration is to complete the connection of each module, thus this research plays a very important role in the research of virtual CNC gear measuring center.This paper systematically describes the structure and the data flow between function modules and each module of virtual CNC gear measuring center. Virtual CNC gear measuring center is a multi-layered, multi-module pure software system, in which software layer is divided into upper computer layer, the middle CncDll interface layer and lower computer layer. The upper computer software is the counterpart of real CNC Gear Measurement Center which is not changed in this subject. Intermediate interface layer is the redevelopment of the interface layer of the real CNC gear measuring center, which would call the virtual machine layer instead of the lower computer. The virtual machine layer is developed independently which is divided into the motion control module, the shared variable area module, collision detection module and visualization module. Each module has its own function, and they call each other together to accomplish the various functions of the virtual CNC gear measuring center. The motion control module of the virtual machine layer has automatic operation and manual operation two types, and automatic operation uses digital integration of a linear interpolation to complete the four axis linkage, and manual operation is the mode of motion which the virtual console drives the virtual motor.This research is mainly to achieve the motor drive of the virtual CNC gear measuring center (including manual operation and automatic operation), systematic sampling, control panel operation and many other features, which lays good foundation for algorithm implantation after the collision, the establishment of the virtual workpiece and the virtual measurement and other work.
