Analysis And Control Research Of Synthetic Error In High-grade CNC Honing Machine Tool

Honing machine is the important equipment in cylinder finish machining, which play akey role in metalworking industry. But,China’s most honing machine is backward, have can’tsatisfy the fine processing industry the development of the technical requirements.Comparedwith foreign advanced honing than machine, domestic honing machines behind the mainautomation level is low, honing technology is more behind.Based on analysing the characteristics of honing process, causes of the error of honingprocess and control strategy research of honing machine,this paper establishes mathematicalmodeling of the honing process parameters, By using the empirical formula and honingresearchanalysis at home and abroad, this paper analyses the effect of the honing processparameters such as speed honing, honing pressure, honing abrasive particle size on the honingprocess. According to the technical requirements of the cylinder liner, this paper determinesthe honing process parameters that can achieve the technical requirements. By quantifyingprocess parameters, we can find a cylinder liner honing to achieve the advanced level of theparameter data. Microsoft process to establish process parameters database in the labviewsoftware platform labsql module to build the framework of the database data call, and thedevelopment of the corresponding data query system, to provide some reference for thecylinder liner honing.By analysing the characteristics of honing process, causes of the error of honing processand control strategy research of honing machine,and combining the empirical formula andhoning researchanalysis at home and abroad,this paper establishes the honing processparameters database, so that honing of the cylinder liner achieve the best results.
