Gear is a key basic and universal component of modern industry.Its application range covers every industry,including automobile,high-speed rail,machine tool,industrial robot,aerospace,wind power,hydroelectric power,engineering machinery,agricultural machinery and other industries.With the rapid development of China's machinery manufacturing industry,especially in the field of automotive transmission gears,the demand for high-precision,high-performance gears is increasing.Electric vehicles are considered to be the development direction of the automotive industry in the future.The electricization of automobiles requires that the gear transmission can effectively suppress noise at high speeds.The internal gear rotation process is highly accurate and has tooth surface error correction.The characteristics of the transmission performance are perfect,which fully meets the demand for gears after the car is electrified,and will be used more and more in the future.In this paper,the paper analyzes and develops the internal tooth boring wheel strong dent tooth process database system for the characteristics of the internal gear boring wheel strong dentition process,realizes the management of the internal spur wheel strong dent tooth process data,and completes the machining solution for the gingival gear processing output.The program improves the production efficiency and quality accuracy of gear processing.The main contents of this paper include:(1)Analysis the working principle of the internal molars and the main movements of the machine tool,compare the actual feed motion process under the three feed modes and obtain their respective advantages and disadvantages,and study the two control methods for honing.Anasysis the difference of different control stragetyp,analysis of the honing process under the microscopic,introduces the dressing process of the honing stone.(2)Firstly,analysis the database system requirements,design the conceptual model and the overall E-R model of the database system;the database logical structure design gets the relational data model;finally determine the database function module and architecture,select the SQL Server The database management system completes the overall design of the internal toothed wheel powerful caries database system.(3)The application of hybrid reasoning technology in the internal caries wheel strong caries database system,including the representation of the instance,the retrieval of the instance and the calculation of the similarity.The RSM method is used to establish the mathematical model of boring parameter optimization and the PSOG algorithm is used to optimize the boring parameters.(4)Complete the development of the application side and the web side in the database system,and introduce the development environment and various interface functions.
