The bending machine belongs to the bending straightening machine in the eightsizes of forging machinery,and widely used in boiler,shipbuilding,petroleum,chemicalindustry,pressure vessels,metal structure and other machinery manufacturingindustry.With the rapid development of manufacturing,the demand becomes higherand higher for the bending machine in the amount,reliability,security,automation andprecision.The development of future industry has the intenser demand for energyconservation, saving metal material and chipless forming. It is estimated that usingthe bending machine as process equipment,can improve the efficiency of10to40times,and saving materials for more than60%.This paper has studied the hydraulic system of three-Roller Bending Machine inlarge-scale imported from USA in the mid-1970s.In the course of using the maindynamical system,hydraulic components always get out of order, most of them havebeen eliminated or stop product,and the phenomenon that oil leaks and get hot incircuit is critical,we transform the original main hydraulic system according todevelopmental direction of hydraulic system currently,and give the redesignedhydraulic system and make simulation for it.By assaying the Principle of bendingplate, the feature of Mechanical structures and characteristics of hydraulic system,andgived the design of electrical control with PLC.For case of operation,we redesign theoriginal operating system.In this paper, after improving above, the three-Roller Bending Machine inlarge-scale has eliminated the ageing and unstable phenomenon,reduced the energyconsumption of the system greatly,reduced the wrok delay caused by the oiltemperature rise. To ensure that this equipment works in good condition,the reliabilityof system and the life of component has greatly improved.
