Cordyceps militaris is close to a variety of active ingredients to the food of the caterpillar fungus, medicinal fungi, with higher edible and medicinal value of insects bacteria complex. In the current, studies focus on research to improve the fruit ing body production in solid culture of Cordycepsmilitaris, for the practical application of the effect produced by fermentation waste less liquidfermentation in laboratory studies.Firstly, the nutritional needs of Cordyceps militaris fermentation, carbon and nitrogen sources tooptimize the combination of screening, to determine the type and amount of the proportion of thegrowth medium required. Compared the influence of different factors on the effect of Cordycepsmilitaris fermentation, Cordyceps militaris best fermentation conditions for the single factor andorthogonal experiments to determine:20g/Lanalytically pure sucrose;30g/L peptone;2g/L KH2PO4;1g/L MgSO4; cultivation temperature of23°C; pH5.5;12%of the inoculum size; liquid volume120ml;shaking speed120r/min;15glass beads. In this process, the fermentation effect is the best.On the basis of establishing the required nutrients in the shake flask cultures and cultureconditions to expand the training methods,10L fermentor for submerged culture, when the tank pressure0.050.07MPa, the ventilation rate of1:0.05(V/V.min), stirring speed200rpm, the output rate ofmycelium is higher. In this study, waste fermentation broth as raw materials, antibacterial test of ethylacetate and n-butanol extract, waste Cordyceps militaris fermentation with the antimicrobial substances.By puncture, spray and add food method of Cordyceps militaris larvae inoculated with the test resultsshow that puncture processing vaccination tussah fourth instar larvae.
