In the process of underground coal resources mining, the Overlying Strata of Mining Coal will produce movement deformation and destroy. When the mining area have arrived a certain range, movement and deformation will effect the surface, make surface producing large area subsidence, formed water-logged zone in the subsidence area of shallower groundwater. The area destroy by mining coal is great and the regularity is complex. The river、road(highway and railway)、pipeline network and hydraulic building in the influence area have all destroyed, so research of the rule of surface subsidence and design scheme of expropriation and migration is very urgently and necessary.Application of mining subsidence, neural network theory, using C language, visual and spatial analysis technology to surface settlements, for the planning scheme design and optimization moved a system and in-depth research. Prepare Hopfield neural network plan optimization module, realize the water system, and the road (highway, railway) planning scheme optimization sorting function.Take the first coal mine of Liuqiao subsidence area as example, the ground surface settlement to mine the dynamic changes in future is forecasted, the master during the planning period in the surface subsidence dynamic change regulation, for subsidence area for the planning and research moved offer scientific basis.Design the total planning scheme of river、road(highway and railway) and land reclamation.According to the results of project optimization, design the total planning scheme. The result of task research will very important in guiding the subsidence area repair and treatment. The valuable study of this paper can give a guiding significance to other coal mines which were similar with this geological and mining conditions. Figure [42] Table [18] Reference [48]...
