PVB wastewater, high concentration of organic matter, pH value is low, the contained n-butyl aldehyde has toxicity, volatile, no directly treatment methods with biochemical method. This paper used aerated blow-off+iron carbon microelectrolysis H2O2method+BAF combination process to treatment PVB wastewater, to find a method can treatment the volatile organic wastewater with a set of the efficient and feasible technology.The test is divided into five parts, the first part for wastewater to blow-off test, through the test get the influence factors of the remove on the PVB resin production wastewater:pH value, temperature, aeration rate of flow, take-off time.The tail gas caused by aerated blow-off method,would remove with active carbon adsorption; The second part is the exchange adsorption experiment, used the ion exchange resin to treatment the wastewater, select the best resin, and found the best time and dosage of the ion exchange resin, and compared with the method of aerated blow-off, and selected the best pretreatment technology for PVB wastewater; The third part is the iron carbon microelectrolysis H2O2method test, studied the best test conditions by the iron carbon microelectrolysis H2O2method; The fifth part mainly puts forward the preliminary design scheme of PVB resin wastewater, and estimated the atmosphere pollution.The experimental results show:aerated blow-off of100mL wastewater, aeration flow rate for5L/min, reaction time for90min,the removal rate of butyl aldehyde reached88.83%, CODcr removal rate was70.1%; Active carbon adsorption to remove the tail gas can achieve good effect.The best large diameter on exchange resin for PVB wastewater was DL510, exchange time for8hours, the resin content is7.5g/100mL wastewater, the CODcr removal rate51.86%. Contrast to the effect of blow-off, and the comprehensive cost factors, selected the best treament method was the aerated blow-off method.Treatment the wastewater with the blow-off+iron carbon microelectrolysis H2O2method by BAF reactor, CODcr remove concentrated below40cm in media, hydraulic retention time for5h, the average for CODcr removal rate was83%, gas to liquid ratio for3:1, CODcr removal rate was83.1%,was the best gas to liquid ratio. In BAF experiments to verify the aerated blow-off+iron carbon microelectrolysis H2O2method+BAF combination process, The CODcr of effluent would maintain in50mg/L.According to the test data, put forward the preliminary design process of air stripping tower and iron carbon micro cell. Estimated of atmosphere pollution by the SCREEN3mode, the results showed that the influence on the environment was slight.
