In this dissertation, the microwave technique was used to prepare LDHs andhectorite, and zirconium phosphate (α-ZrP) was prepared by direct fluorinecoordination method. Polymer based nanocomposites were prepared with the abovereinforcement nanofillers by the polymer intercalation technique. Moreover, theperformance and structure of polymer based nanocomposites were studied. It wasshownt that three kinds of reinforcement nanofillers had good reinforcement effectand improved the overall performance of nanocomposite. The main contents of thisdissertation are as follows:(1) Mg-Al-LDHs and Zn-Al-LDHs were prepared by microwave irradiation, thenwere modified by sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) and stearic acid (SA), respectively.PLA based nanocomposites was prepared with the SDS-Mg-Al-LDHs as thereinforcement nanofillers by solution intercalation method, and its mechanicalproperties, thermal stability, degradability were studied, respectively. The resultsshowed that the mechanical properties of PLA/SDS-Mg-Al-LDHs nanocompositesreached the maximum when the addition amount of SDS-Mg-Al-LDHs was3%,furthermore, the SDS-Mg-Al-LDHs improved the thermostability of the PLA basednanocomposites. Degradability results showed that SDS-Mg-Al-LDHs favored inthe PLA biodegradation. The microstructure results showed that PLA basednanocomposites had nano-intercalated structure and good interface compatibility.PVC based nanocomposites were prepared with Zn-Al-LDHs, SDS-Zn-Al-LDHs, andSA-Al-LDHs by the melting intercalation method. The mechanical properties, thermal stability of PVC based nanocomposites were studied, respectively.Furthermore the structure of PVC based nanocomposites was characterization byX-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FI-IR) andthermogravimetric analyzer (TG), respectively. The results showed that themechanical properties of PVC based nanocomposite reached the maximum when the addition of LDHs was4phr, which also improved the thermal stability of the PVCbased nanocomposites(2) The hectorite was prepared with Riyuelei bentonite from Xinjiang as rawmaterial by microwave irradiation, and PLA based nanocomposites was prepared withhectorite as the reinforcement nanofillers by solution intercalation. The performanceanalysis showed that the mechanical properties of ncomposite materials reached themaximum when hectorite content was2%, which improved the thermostability anddegradability of PLA based nanocomposites.(3) α-ZrP was prepared by direct fluorine coordination method, and organicallymodified phosphate Zirconium (OZrP) was pre-intercalated with methylamine andmodified by octadecyl trimethyl ammonium chiorideto. PLA/OZrP nanocompositeswere prepared with OZrP as reinforcement nanofillers by intercalation solutionmethod, and its mechanical properties, thermal stability, degradability were studied, respectively. The results showed that the mechanical properties of PLA/OZrPnanocomposites reached the maximum when the addition amount of OZrP was3%,which improved the thermostability and degradability of the PLA basednanocomposites. Antibiotic property results showed that OZrP had the obviousantibiotic property. The microstructure results showed that PLA basednanocomposites had nano-intercalated structure and good interface compatibility.
