There are two sections in this thesis. In the first section, a novel mesostructured polymer-supported diphenylphosphine-palladium complex has been developed. It shows excellent activity in Stille and Hiyama coupling reactions, which can be performed successfully without an inert atomsphere. The FDU-PPh2/Pd(Ⅱ) catalyst was characterized by X-ray diffraction, N2adsorption-desorption, High resolution transmission electron microscopy. The results indicated that the mesoporous structure of FDU was not affected by the immobilization, however, the pore diameter, pore volume and BET surface area were decreased. The FDU-PPh2/Pd(Ⅱ) catalyst had higher catalytic activity in Stille and Hiyama coupling reaction. Both electron-rich and electron-deficient substrates proceeded well and gave high yields for the corresponding products (80-97%). The supported catalyst could be easily separated from the reaction system and reused repetitively without significant loss of activity for several times. In the second section, we reported the FDU-PPh2/Au(Ⅰ) catalyst for Conia-ene reaction. The FDU-PPh2/Au(Ⅰ) catalyst was characterized by X-ray diffraction, N2adsorption-desorption and XPS. Both electron withdrawing and electron donor substrates could obtain the corresponding product with a satisfied yield (52%-98%) and the catalyst could be reused8times without significant loss of activity.
