In this paper, a macroporous cellulose resin (toluene diisocyanate crosslinked cellulose, TCC) was prepared by using toluene diisocyanate crosslinking agent. Analyses of FTIR spectra and the chemical shift of13C-NMR of TCC have witnessed the successful cross-linkage. SEM images of TCC showed porous characteristics and increased surface area. The adsorption isotherms of TCC as well as D101, AB-8macroporous resin were compared using the Freundlich equation. Dynamic adsorptions were also examined the influence of feed flow rate. PH value on the breakthrough volume was discussed. Dynamic desorption of rutin from TCC was conducted and the impact of eluent concentration (ethanol concentration) on desorption rate was analyzed. The feed flow rate=2BV/h and pH=6is the optimal adsorption condition. The influence of eluent concentration (ethanol concentration) on desorption rate was analyzed in rutin dynamic desorption test, in which80%ethanol shows the best desorption effect. The life span for70%weight loss, which was estimated based on the changes in dynamic parameters using thermogravimetric analysis, was74506.89h. The life span was reduced to30d when a combination of Trametes, Aspergilfus was used to decompose TCC at25℃, relative humidity of70%and at pH=5. The influence of carbon content, nitrogen content and pH value on the biodegradation of TCC was discussed. Degradation rate of TCC was highest when the mass ratio of glucose to TCC was0.04. Mass ratio of nitrogen to TCC was0.04and pH value was5.In this study, it also discussed the synthesis conditions of amino macroporous, the reaction of cellulose with urea-formaldehyde resin in acting as a crosslinking agent, sulfuric acid as catalyst, stirring4h. Amino macroporous resin was researched on the adsorption properties with the polyphenols. Optimum ultrasonic extraction conditions for polyphenol:extracting time2.47h, temperature60℃, the proportion of liquid to material33:1(mL:g), ultrasonic power300W, ethanol concentration40%, the yield of polyphenol was18.5351mg/g. The feed flow rate=2BV/h and pH=5is the optimal adsorption condition. The influence of eluent concentration (ethanol concentration) on desorption rate was analyzed in a dynamic desorption test, in which water shows the best desorption effect. Scavenging activity of the extract for DPPH.Radical (IC50) was6.6310-4mg/mL, show excellent oxidation resistant.
