Automatic vertical drilling system AADDS realize active anti-deviation by controlling thethree hydraulic rectification integrated block which equally distribute in the guide sleeveconnected with the drill pipe. Hydraulic rectification integrated block include a single plungerpump, solenoid valve, hydraulic cylinder and a floating oil tank straightening. underground,rectification integrated block have to sustain a complex and hostile environment such as hightemperature, high pressure and strong motion. it make a different of operating characteristics ofthe rectification integrated block hydraulic system underground and on the ground. So the studyon the operating characteristics of the rectification integrated block hydraulic systemunderground where the environment is harsh have actual engineering significance,which canensure work of the rectification integrated block in underground is reliably.This paper mainly studies on the response characteristics of the rectification integratedblock hydraulic system in high pressure environment. Firstly, through the analysis of the workingprinciple of the VDS integrated block, it determine the key is the oil absorption properties ofplunger pump which impair the response speed of the rectification integrated block hydraulicsystem’s actuator; secondly,through the establishment about the plunger pump mathematical model of the rectificationintegrated block hydraulic system and adding the environmental stress factors, it analysis andcompares the differences of the oil absorption characteristic of the single plunger pump in theenvironment of high pressure and normal pressure, as well as the factors, which impair the oilabsorption properties of the single plunger pump, such as the speed of eccentric bearing, frictionof the plunger piston sleeve acting on the plunger,oil content and others; Then using theAMESim software to simulate and analyses the pressure response characteristic of therectification integrated block, and using the Fluent software to make a fluid dynamicscharacteristics analysis of oil absorption process of the single plunger pump about therectification integrated block, in order to verify the theoretical analysis conclusion; Finally,through the development of computer test system about pressure response of the rectificationintegrated block based on simulation test stand in high pressure environment, it make a test ofoperating characteristics of the rectification integrated block in high pressure environment, andshows that the experimental results and computer simulation are consistent. so it proves that,under certain condition, the hydraulic straightening system has faster response speed under highpressure environment compared with the atmospheric environment.
